PAYMENT METHODS:
Bank transfer in advance, PayPal or credit cards, any other payment methods will be agreed upon in writing before the purchase.
DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS:
The package will be ready for shipping within 7 (seven) business days from the date payment is received.
Our shipping times in Italy: varies from 4 to 5 working days from the confirmation of the order. For deliveries in Europe: 7 to 10 business days and outside of Europe 14 to 21 Business days. The invoice will utilize the data obtained in the payment section of the website. No additional changes in billing data will be made after the contract is finalized.
No responsibility can be attributed to Alessandro Liseno regarding errors made by the costumer when placing an order or tardiness related to shipping setbacks
The costumer is required to check the packaging for any external damages prior to accepting the order.
Any damages found must be reported immediately to the courier who delivered the package. Once the costumer signs and accepts a package with external notable damage, the responsibility of the contents is with the customer. Eventual problems related to the physical integrity of the product must be reported via email to info@alessandrolisena.com within 5 (five) days of receipt of the package. In the event that the courier is unable to deliver the package to the address provided in the contract, the customer is responsible for any additional costs accrued or fees made by the courier.
The reproduction of any work of art is strictly prohibited without the specific consent of the artist, which therefore constitutes a violation of copyright with all the consequences it entails.
